ANNOVA provides high product quality and services. Product warranty vary from item to item which can be easily found in each product page across our website.

All return or exchange request has to be made within 30 days of receiving an order. An original receipt (order completed email) and a proof of the manufacturing defects are required to be attached in the request via email to SUPPORT@ANNOVAme.com to start the process.
